This tab is available for the LRFD design code. You can modify or review the limiting stresses by clicking the Limiting Stress button to display the Limiting Stresses. Here, you can modify the default limiting stress values by typing over the values.

For the program to use the default limiting stress factors to calculate the limiting stresses, select the Use Factor To Calculate check box. Notice that when this check box is selected, the text boxes become grayed out, returning to the default values.

You can modify the limiting stress factors by clicking Edit Factors. This will activate the Limiting Stress Factors. Edit the values as required and click OK to accept the values. The program will automatically return to the Limiting Stresses screen.
